  Please pay a 20% deposit to secure your booking. The balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. We also request a £100 deposit in case of damages. This will be refunded following a satisfactory property check, within one week of your departure. The following services are available at extra cost: Daily clean, welcome food and drink pack, pick up from either Murcia (San Javier) or Alicante Airport, or from Torre Pacheco Railway Station.
